Everyday well-being
The benefits of a heat ritual
Mental relaxation, muscle release, the circulatory response to heat and the transition to rest: four distinct experiences to give each session meaning.
Physical recovery
Release tension after exertion
Infrared warmth accompanies a shared pause after activity and a feeling of muscle release, without claiming a therapeutic effect.
Circulation & heat
When warmth stimulates circulation
In the Infrared 130, heat may temporarily raise heart rate and circulation may adapt, without a guaranteed medical benefit.
Evening ritual
A ritual for two before resting
A hushed atmosphere, screens put aside and a quiet moment create a transition to rest, without promising a different night.

Things to know
Is special wiring required?
No. Every NODO infrared cabin plugs into a standard household socket: position it near a socket, plug it in and switch it on.
How does it differ from a traditional sauna?
Infrared warms the body directly through gentle radiation rather than heating the air: the cabin operates at a lower temperature (± 45-60 °C), making breathing easier, and is ready in minutes.
Can it be installed in the house?
Yes, the Infrared range is designed for indoors and assembles in a few hours thanks to its quick-assembly construction.
Is heating included?
Yes: 2,4 kW distributed between full-spectrum emitters and carbon panels, controlled by a Wi-Fi app. No additional options needed.
