Everyday well-being
The benefits of a heat ritual
Mental relaxation, muscle release, the circulatory response to heat and the transition to rest: four distinct experiences to give each session meaning.
Physical recovery
Release tension together
After activity, the generous space lets you settle comfortably and encourages a feeling of muscle release, without a guaranteed therapeutic effect.
Circulation & heat
A circulatory adaptation to heat
In the Barrel 250, traditional heat may temporarily increase heart rate, without replacing exercise or medical care.
Evening ritual
End the day in soft light
The lit sauna in the garden, bathrobes and screens left outside create a transition to rest, without promising a better night.

Things to know
How many people can the Barrel 250 accommodate?
6-8 people, on two facing benches in thermally treated aspen.
Is it designed to stay outdoors all year?
Yes. The 40 mm thermally treated spruce, bitumen shingle roof and glazing are designed for the garden in every season.
Which heater should I choose?
For the Barrel 250, we recommend the Harvia Cilindro 9.0 kW: 90 kg of stones included, manual controls, optional Wi-Fi.
What base is needed?
The sauna comes with three foundation beams: a firm, level surface is sufficient (slab, reinforced terrace or support pads).
