💡 General Tips
The universal reset
Most errors can be fixed by cutting power at the breaker for 30 seconds, then turning it back on. This resets the system.
Check the simple things first
Before panicking: correct water level? Clean filter? Valves open? These 3 checks solve 80% of FLO errors.
Overheat = circulation
OH/HL errors are almost always related to a circulation problem. Check the circulation pump and filter.
Photograph the error
Before doing anything, take a photo of the screen. This will help customer service diagnose if the problem persists.
After filling
The "Pr", "---", and "FLO" errors are normal just after filling. Let the system prime for 5-10 minutes.
